We require booking appointments in advance to ensure availability and to accommodate your individual schedule. Appointments can be made by calling the salon 412-788-4700.
For a stress-free spa experience and to allow us to accommodate to your individual appointments, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service time. This allows time to fill out necessary paperwork, changing time before your treatment, and most importantly, time to relax before your services. Late arrivals will be subject to a reduced treatment time.
All new guests must complete a new client consultation form. Returning guests, please notify staff of any changes to your personal information.
Soleil Beauty and Wellness, LLC wants to ensure that your chosen treatment is the best experience for you. Soleil Beauty and Wellness, LLC reserves the right to deny or reschedule any service if we feel it is unsafe for our guest.
Prices do not include gratuity. Only cash tips and Venmo (when available) can be accepted.
- Soleil Beauty and Wellness, LLC does have a strict cancellation policy in place and it will be implemented if appointments are cancelled outside this policy .
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the salon 24 hours in advance to your scheduled time. We will be more than happy to make accommodations and reschedule your appointment for you.
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without a 24 hour notice will be subject to a "no show" fee of up to 50% of service cost as well as not being able to book another appointment with out prepaying for at least 50% of that service.
Soleil Beauty and Wellness, LLC requires all guests to have a credit card on file per our cancellation policy.
